Why am I singer chick? Well, for the obvious reason…..I love to sing. However, what I’m not is a performer with an amazing voice.
Who I am is a Worshipper.
My passion is to lead others into the very presence of God through music and song. Because in the presence of God is where we find out who we are and who He is. Before I get all preachy, I’ll tell you more about myself.

Who I am is a wife and a mother.
I’m a wife of eight years to Mr. Singerchick who keeps me sane even though the world thinks he’s the goofy one. I’m a mother to two amazing little boys who are very active to say the least. Big brother is 4 and little bub is 2. Motherhood is the hardest, most stressful, yet best thing I’ve ever done. My reward is lots of kisses and hugs everyday. So worth it! *******************************************************************************
Who I am is an engineer.
Besides chasing my monkeys around, I work part time as an engineer in the field of Agriculture/Conservation while my degree is in Civil Engineering. My life is extremely busy and like the other chicks I wear many hats, but at the end of the day what matters most is:
1. Am I growing in my relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, falling more in love with him everyday?
2. Are my boys happy? (all three of them)
2. Have I loved my neighbor as myself, doing what I could to influence my sphere in a positive way?
I love this taken from Hinds Feet on High Places by Hannah Hurnard:
" . . . right down in the depths of her own heart she really had but one passionate desire, not for the things which the Shepherd had promised, but for himself. All she wanted was to be allowed to follow him forever.
Other desires might clamor strongly and fiercely nearer the surface of her nature, but she knew now that down in the core of her own being she was so shaped that nothing could fit, fill or satisfy her heart but he himself. “Nothing else really matters,” she said to herself, “only to love him and to do what he tells me. ….and if I should cease to do so, I should cease to exist.”
This is who I TRULY AM and who I continually strive to be.
