by plannerchick ~ Anything to delay the inevitable, lol. I have laundry to fold and put away, dishes to wash, a bathroom to clean (I've actually been staying on top of the other one), floors to sweep and mop, and rooms to dust and vacuum. Oh and a front door wreath to make (surprised I put it off to the last minute social? shout out singer lol). I am hosting a baby shower here for baby chick on Sunday and I would like my house to look at least decent! Hosting something at your house is always incentive to clean it, I'm just sayin!
Anyways we are slowing down here in the planner household, Finally! Baseball season is over for big brother, School is almost out for dad, and summer is only days upon us!!! Our summer will still be a bit busy, but nothing like the school year has been. When baby chick has her new tiny I am going to be doing her job (before I stayed home we worked together). Which will be about the whole summer, I will be done just in time for Mr. Planner to go back to school. But that's okay, I think it will be nice to get a little taste of the work world again!
I will be 23 weeks along on Monday. It feels like this pregnancy has flown by, but it retrospect it hasn't. I was pregnant at our last Fairytale Sale, which feels forever ago. I keep thinking of things that I was pregnant during, and thinking "gees, I've been pg forever." I am so ready to meet my little girl, I still can't believe I'm having a daughter! I want to buy her lots, but since she will be born in the fall I have to wait until they put all of the cute fall and winter clothes out. Buying onesies and little cotton outfits is fun, but I am ready for the out and about cute outfits!
The only downfall for me in being pregnant is that I've done it both times in the summer, thus NO TAN. I got a little bit on Memorial Day, but that can only tide me for so long. I'm not one of those people (like my husband) that just gets super dark, but I do look better with a tan (who doesn't). And I have absolutely no patience for laying out alone, it's hot and sticky, and there is no one to talk to to pass the time.
Well I guess I better get to cleaning, yuck! I'll leave you with a picture of my baby boy (not so much a baby anymore :-P ) Have a great weekend!!!
He didn't want to stop watching Imagination Movers for me to get the picture!
Fine mom, Cheese!!!
aww we miss that face! I feel like I haven't seen him in forever!

He is too sweet and cute. He is growing fast. It seems like just yesterday, we were trying to make him laugh in the nursery at church, when he was a tiny baby!
