By Babychick~I love to find great deals, I get a rush out of it. I rarely ever buy anything full price. Unless of course groceries, even then I am looking for the cheapest deal. I like to go to yard sales, and I always go to the sale racks first. I like to get more bang for my buck. Like for instance, these Citizens of Hummanity jeans that I got at a yard sale for $2!
And this table for superbaby's bedroom after his first one was ruined by the humidfier, for only $1!
I had been wanting to get some tiki torches so we could sit outside some on summer nights. I found these for a buck each at Big Lots.
Not to mention the consignment sale I am now involved in. Most of super-baby's clothes come from consignment sales, and they are super cute!
But I am just not sure about this whole coupon thing. I would love to save tons of money on groceries and be able to get more but it looks like it takes a lot of work. I have visited most of the blogs and sites and they do give lots of information. Wait, I take that back, they give TONS of information.
When it comes to saving and bargains, most of the thrill for me is that it just happens.
So if you are big into this coupon thing, tell me if it takes a lot of work like I think or if it is easy as pie. Because I just don't see it!
I love a good deal but I haven't done the coupon thing. I think it is better if you live in a big town with several grocery stores.

I also love a good bargain, but I think the internet coupon thing takes lots of time, and to me as a busy mother of 3, my time is money. If it takes me lots of internet searching and sifting and printing, and then driving out of town to another store then its just not worth it to me personally. I have nothing against it and applaud others who are dedicated to it, and I do use coupons for things I actually use, not for buy 2 get 1 free of things I don't use, but like I said, if its very time consuming then its not for me.

I was gung ho on trying the couponing thing, but for myself it just doesn't seem worth it. Especially since we live so far from a grocery store that offers the deals to make it worth the work. Never say never, but for right now I'm saying no for me!
I love all of your good deals, I was actually getting ready to do a blog of all my good deals of late!

We love deal with CVS Extra Buck's but here in Chipley is difficult to get good deals like in Panama City, Dothan, or Tallahassee . You have to drive somewhere else... then you start to wonder is it worth the hassle.

It is too much trouble. The coupon websites have you download free software before you can print them. Of course, you have to give them your e-mail address. The next thing you know your inbox is full of Spam. And finally, when you print the coupons and take them to Crapmart they will not accept them if the bar code will not scan! Usually I just end up using coupons that come in the mail/newspaper.

Forgot to mention. . .
My inlaws swear by Grocery Outlet. I have never shopped in there, but am about to give it a try with baby on the way. We had a cook out a few weeks ago and my mother-in-law bought a pack of hamburger buns, a jar of pickles, and two name brand bag of chips for five bucks. I thought that was pretty good! There is a Grocery Outlet about 25 minutes from where we live if anyone else wants to check it out.
