Dear Love of my Life,

I met you at an early age and can still remember the excitement and joy I found in you. I remember just wanting to sit and love on you and talk to you. I could stay with you for hours. You were the most sensitive and yet toughest person I had ever met. You always showed me exactly how you felt with out saying a word. I could see your love and excitement for me through everything that you had ever done.

As I grew up a little bit I started falling away from that love. I took it for granted and thought that I didn't need it so much anymore. I did things that hurt you and me and I apologize. The feeling of knowing that I pushed you aside still hurts me but knowing that you forgave me makes my face light up.

Now that I am older I can see that you always loved me. No matter what I did you were always there for me. You have brought me so far in life and I will always be so thankful for that.

Many times my love for you has been like a raging fire and other times it has been just a small flame. Your love for me never changed. Your love has always been violent for me.

I write this letter to you today to let you know that I have experienced you in a new way. Jesus you have become the lover of my soul. I have truly experienced you in a greater love then I ever have before. I can feel you gently brush by me. I can feel your gentle yet passionate kisses from heaven. No longer do I look at you as just a friend or a father, but I look at you as the love of my life.

I want to feel your passion and love everyday of my life. In your love I feel refreshed and whole. I feel spiritually sexy. I don't have to conjure up your love, it is just a breath away. It is right there for me to grab and rest in.

I have known my entire life that I was supposed to strive to love you, but never have I grasped the fact that you love me with a fervent love. I look forward to sitting and basking in your love everyday. Your love is just there all the time. I don't have sit and wait for you. You are there and nothing can steal this from me. There is nothing too high or too low, nothing today or tomorrow that can take your love from me. I choose from now on to live in your true and real love the rest of my life. Thank you for loving me!
