by photochick~ So now it's like what month . . . MARCH, and I STILL have an itunes gift card I received for Christmas that hasn't been used. How sad is that?
I looked around a bit tonight, but all I came up with was a few fun and silly 80's songs like Walk Like an Egyptian and These Boots are Made for Walkin. (singer- one guess where I remember BOTH of these songs from??? i bet you never guess!)
So singerchick, hook a girl up with some suggestions! What new songs are you singing at church??? I really would like to buy some praise and worship songs.
Anyone else have suggestions?
I don't know if you have a dock for your iPod but I am going to use mine in the nursery. I found a cd called "Sing Over Me: Worship Songs and Lullabies" on Amazon.com but I wonder if they have it on iTunes? You could always buy something soothing for you and the little one to listen to during those late nights to come.

I just bought "Finally Home" by Mercy Me. Love it, love it, love it.
A New Hallelujah by Michael W. Smith is awesome. A few top faves on Chris Tomlin's Hello Love.

I like Toby Mac songs. I especially like his Lose my Soul song. I also like Chris Tomlin’s Jesus Messiah and Better is One Day. Matt Redman has a good song, Blessed Be Your Name.

The good ole talent show days...I was trying to remember what we named ourselves and it wouldn't come to me.
As far as songs, new stuff is hard to find for some reason these days. Especially worship music. Everything is old just redone by someone new. That's my 2 cents anyway. A song we're doing is You Said originally done by Hillsong, I believe. I think it's actually on the play list here. It's an older song but seems very relevant. Sorry I'm not much help. :-)

I think I have told you about him before, but I am loving Jimmy Needham right now. I also love, love, love Sarah Kelly
