by socialchick~ Two years ago today I began a new chapter in my life. I became a mommy. Good Lord I never knew how much it would change my life. As they handed me that tiny (not so tiny 9lb. 8ounces) bundle of joy so many emotions flooded my my mind and my heart. And every day there is a new emotion, a new challenge, and a deeper love for Miss Priss.
Raising her these past 2 years has truly been a joy. She has taught me so many things. She has such a passion for life. Seeing the world through her eyes has been an awesome experience for me. I can't believe that she has already grown up. She is defiantly a little priss but she has such a tender heart. She loves people. She is going to be a little social like her mom.
Three weeks before I had her a prophecy was given over her and I like to read it every year just to remind me that God has her in the palm of his hand. I would like to share it with you. It is kind of long but such an awesome word from God.
Father your hand is upon this child as she comes forth. She will be a warrior in your kingdom/ She will be one that you have placed your prophetic utterance in. Daughter, know that I am releasing my word of wisdom into you. You are going to be one that at an early age will see thing in black and white. You will have a mothering anointing and will want to set things in order. You will want to see everything running smoothly. You will not want to see those around you hurt in any way. You will have arms that will reach far and wide for me. You are going to release my love unto the people. You will release a hope and joy into those that are around about you.
You will be filled with mercy and compassion even at a young age, even as a preschooler. You will see the hurting and you will go and comfort them, you will cry with them and you will try to make them feel better. You will speak words of life into situations that are dead situations. You will speak healing and restoration. You will be a worshiper.
You will be a dancer even at a very, very young age, even before you are walking. You will be crawling and sitting and rocking back and forth to praise and worship music. You are going to be worshiping me at a very young age. People will be astonished with how you can dance and sing. I will give you new steps and words to sing. You will be one that will be a psalmist and a writer of music.
It is awesome how I have already seen so many of these things come true. I can't believe that she is already two. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY Miss Priss! I love you!
